It was conveniently located between San Sebastian and Bilbao, but the dishwasher and oven did not work.

“Solo lo usamos para dormir sino hubiésemos estado muy incómodos”

The place was very clean and functional, yet it is an old building with noisy neighbors and barking dogs. The beds were very basic, and it seemed they were cutting costs on electricity by removing the oven and dishwasher and limiting socket power. We had to insist on using all rooms. The value for money was very poor in my opinion.

The owners are very friendly and always treated us well. The location is far from any major city in the Basque Country, so the price feels disproportionate. The exterior façade looks like the worst neighbourhood, being damaged, though the interior of the apartment isn’t that bad. I also didn’t like that they closed one of the three rooms because they said we wouldn’t use it as we were four people. The oven was unavailable too.

“Apartamento funcional. Buena relación calidad-precio”

The old flat has been renovated and is clean. Parking is easy right in front of the entrance. The hosts are hospitable and always attentive to guests’ needs, both during the stay and at check‑in and check‑out. Everything was fine, though some appliances were out of service at the time. Occasionally you can hear a bit of noise from neighbouring floors, but the neighbourhood is quiet. I would add a TV in the living room (there is one in the rooms).
