“Falta de compromiso y desorganización! No recomiendo”

I don't recommend. They canceled my reservation one day before the trip! They tried to relocate me to an apartment that wasn't bad but was outside the city. One day before arrival, when I had everything planned, I had to start looking for options to organize myself after everything had been arranged in advance. I don't recommend.

Everything from the host's hospitality to the amazing apartment with the best views of the city skyline was flawless. Everything was good.

“FATAL experiencia”

Fortunately we never even got to see the accommodation. The owner's treatment was awful. We arrived at the building and they sent a video with instructions to pick up the key from a locker under a bridge, behind the building, and to download an app that supposedly opened the main door. In that same video it also said that the apartment door and room were open. However, there was no locker or key, the app didn't work, and obviously we weren't going to go up to an apartment that supposedly was open and whose key had been stolen. The person in charge stopped responding and we never heard from them again.
