They refused to let foreigners stay, even though my booking was accepted; I had to pay for a taxi to reach the hotel—unprofessional, and I’ve faced this in Coimbatore before.

The cushiony bed. Pathetic bathroom conditions and the equipment doesnt work, no landlines to dial the front desk. Not given any of the following things which are supposed to be part of the price. 1. Towel 2. Soap 3. Brush and toothpaste 4. Shampoo 5. Clean Bed sheets and blankets Bed sheets and blankets were torn or burnt. however were tucked in to make it look good which is a disaster. Thin Bedsheets were given as blanket. It's actually a lodge rather than sell it off as hotel

The room, bed, and bathroom were dirty, and the room had a bad odor. No towels were provided, and basic cleanliness was completely missing.
