I liked the exterior, but the rooms were nothing like the description; the room wasn’t cleaned, the maid never even looked in, the bathroom mirror was broken, hallway and stairs were filthy, the room furniture was cracked, and the single bed was rusted.

We enjoyed the courtyard and the proximity to the supermarket (across the street). The location, clean room, close to the beach, welcoming host, and in‑room coffee machine were all good. The guests were extremely loud; the host should have intervened. We were not looking for a party, but at 1–2 am there were screams from the guests, and at 4 am we were woken by shouting, doors slamming, and furniture being moved. It wasn’t ideal. There was no AC, no socket next to the bed (the existing one was taken by the fridge), the shower was non‑standard, switches popped out of the wall, the corner of the room near the bathroom was damp so water leaked from above, and there was no doormat. The price was high for the comfort and facilities offered.

I would suggest improving the Wi‑Fi, adding double sockets in the pantry, a dresser in the bedroom, and a shelf in the bathroom for essentials.

The worst experience ever! We felt trapped in a nightmare. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. The constant noise was unbearable day and night, hour after hour. In the evening, after leaving the resort to rest, the courtyard turned into chaos: shouting, music at full volume, broken glass, screams, loud laughter, and swearing. It was far from calm or relaxing—completely out of control. In the morning, starting at 6–7 am, a person would come right in front of our window to collect bottles for recycling, then others would gather and talk loudly for hours. There was no quiet at all. Moreover, the listing showed an air conditioner, but there was none in the room, which is unacceptable in 2026. Cleanliness was abysmal: the room smelled of mold and sewage, tissues were under the bed, insects were in the bathroom, and the water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, a disappointing experience in every way. Avoid this place if you want peace and decent conditions.
