“Zonă de SPA reușită, confort sub așteptări”
The SPA zone is a big plus: the indoor pool, sauna and heated jacuzzi gave us very relaxing moments. I appreciated the quiet during the stay and the gesture at reception of receiving a higher‑class room than the one booked. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of cold cuts and eggs prepared in different ways. The value‑for‑price ratio isn’t the best (over 650 lei/night). Even though we were told we got a better room, the space was extremely small, and the lack of efficient ventilation caused humidity to linger for a long time in the bathroom and room. Sleep comfort suffered because the mattress was left in the middle, negating the SPA effect. Cleanliness throughout the stay was inadequate: it was entered only once, just because we asked for new sheets (which didn’t dry due to humidity), and the next day no one came again. The SPA towels were visibly worn (one had a torn strap).
