I found the room clean and cozy, and it’s only a 10‑12 minute walk to the train station. The hosts are always reachable and ready to help if needed. The only drawback is the location next to a busy road; at night it gets very noisy with motorcycles passing by, but if you’re not sensitive to sleep disruptions, you won’t notice it.

“Une simple chambre trop chère par rapport à l'hotel ou le air BnB”

The spot is close to the historic centre, the train station, and the tramway. One person had trouble with the room door code. We were given two bottles of water upon arrival. It would have been useful to mention the "Belfiore" stop on tram line T2, especially for those coming from the airport. At arrival the door code didn’t work, but there was a spare key box. Only one towel change during nine nights. The cleaning under the beds left a lot of dust and leftover packaging from previous guests. A kettle or a coffee maker would have been appreciated.

It’s well situated, 30 minutes to the centre. Small but tidy, enough for two guests. I didn’t like that the bathroom is outside.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the property’s location was great. Everything was well organised, and the check‑in was easy and convenient. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return. There were no major complaints.
