“Pesimo”
The service at the reception was poor. The overall service and attention were lacking.
“Perfecto para un dia en el santuario”
The location at the sanctuary of Las Lajas is great. The breakfast is complete and very fresh to start the day. The room is clean. The staff were very friendly. The mattress is definitely too hard and you can't rest well. The curtains in the room are too light.
“Buena relación costo.beneficio”
The place is in a great spot with solid facilities, but the hot water stopped working and the staff were very indifferent about fixing it; after 40 minutes they only managed to let me shower in another room.

I didn't like the breakfast much, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
The place is 10/10, very comfortable, service is always good and people are friendly. It's a space for rest and tranquility next to Las Lajas. I think they should adjust the water heater; it's not working well. Breakfast could be more varied. Also, unfortunately during this period there were fires in the area so windows couldn't be opened because of the smell of smoke.
