PCK THAS HOTEL

“Booking.com = SCAM! Hotel closed yet still advertised on booking.com!!!?”

There was no room left and I didn’t get a refund; I’ll never book here again.

I paid for the room but couldn’t enter, so I had to book another place and it was absolutely disgusting. I asked for compensation, but they said I wasn’t entitled to it, which was very upsetting.

I never even stayed in the hotel because it turned out to be a scam.

“Stressed out had to go back home as had no where els t stay”

Nothing noteworthy, it’s an HMO. I was conned out of money because this isn’t a hotel—it’s an HMO, it’s been broken into, it’s a mess, and don’t let the pictures fool you into thinking it’s real.

“None existent”

There was nothing to like because the hotel had closed down; we were told upon arrival and left with nowhere to stay. I didn’t appreciate that we weren’t notified earlier about the closure and had to find out when we arrived.
