We searched for a place in Ho Chi Minh for a long time without reviews about cleanliness or insects. Even though the property had few reviews, we decided to take the risk because of the positive ones. After staying, we confirm the hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and there were no insects during our stay. The two‑person room with a window was small, but it was more than enough – we fit our luggage in a large wardrobe without any problem. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city centre, but public transport is free (at least on the day we arrived), surprisingly punctual and well organised, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Despite the quieter location, the area has plenty of shops and restaurants, and the room itself is very quiet. Having been to Asia many times, we know how hard it is to find a clean place, so I sincerely recommend this property – if I return to Ho Chi Minh, I’ll probably choose this hotel again. P.S. While searching for accommodation we often encountered fake reviews on Booking, written by the hotels themselves from foreign accounts – I don’t know if anyone will believe it, but we wrote this review after actually staying at the hotel. The pool is small and somewhat neglected – there were a few flies/mosquitoes and a lot of hair in it. Since we didn’t use it because of time, it didn’t matter much to us. Also, the popular Asian shower, which is not separated from the rest of the bathroom in any way, means the whole room, including the toilet, gets flooded after a shower. You can get used to it, and for a short stay it’s fine.

The staff were extremely helpful whenever we asked anything, and they even sent a few messages just to check on us, which I appreciated as a sign of care. The only downside was that the location was a bit away from the centre, but that’s something you’d know when booking.

“A Great Place to Stay”

The staff here are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly, making us feel well looked after. The rooms, reception area, lift areas, and corridors are spotless. The room’s amenities and balcony offer great comfort, and the bathrooms are nicely decorated with pleasant hot showers. The location is great—a quiet corner with plenty of restaurants, grocery shops, and ATMs within a short walking distance, and a cheap Grab ride will take you to most places you want in Ho Chi Minh City. This was our second stay, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area.
