The location. 1. Staff at counter as for deposit RM100, include tax rm5. But when they return my deposit, the tax not return back. By right the tax for staycation already include in room rate. 2. Room should provide 2 dusbin. 1 inside the toilet then 1 in the room

The location was good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but the room’s cleanliness could improve—make sure the floor is free of previous guest hair—and there weren’t enough hooks to hang clothes.
