The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are extremely cooperative, especially Osman who is very friendly and helps solve every problem; I strongly recommend it. The hotel has a few restaurants, but you need a car to reach the nearby shops.

The hotel is beautiful and excellent in every way—check‑in, furniture, cleanliness, service—and thanks go to the reservations officer for the services and warm welcome. Nothing else.

“سعر عالي جدا مقابل اقامة عادية نوعا ما، تجربة لن تتكرر”

The hotel’s location and the varied, tasty breakfast are great. The elevator wait time is long, the air‑conditioning in the upper‑floor elevator waiting area is weak, and I think the hotel needs more elevators and a complete separation of service elevators from guest elevators; it’s unacceptable to wait for a guest elevator for a long time in high heat. I was also annoyed by the water leakage in the bathroom, where water gathers in one spot without a floor drain.

“Excellent hotel”

The rooms are a good size, bathrooms are very clean, and the restaurant serves nice food for breakfast and dinner. Nothing else.
