Executive Inn and Suites Longview

The place was clean and comfy, but they added a $5 charge for the breakfast room even though no breakfast was provided.

“Infested Room and Dishonest Management”

The breakfast was advertised but didn’t exist; roaches were in the room, handicap parking was ignored by management with an oversized maintenance truck blocking the space every night, my vehicle got scratched, and house staff entered before 7:00 am because a guest couldn’t get dressed fast enough to answer a faint knock. To start it off, I received a call saying, “I’m calling because you have a reservation with us and I’m trying to see when you’re going to show up. Yes, this is the Executive Inn in Longview, TX. You have a prepaid reservation, and I’m calling to find out if you’re going to arrive.” When I finally got there, I was told she was about to go home and it would be a courtesy for me to provide.

“Breakfast included” was not offered and the information posted was false.

“Quaint older inn that was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly.”

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I was pleased with my stay, but it could have been even better if they had offered complimentary coffee. The hotel had its good points, but it lacked a few essential amenities that would have elevated my experience.
