Great location with a lake view, and the breakfast was very varied.
The location is great, but we received a room with a tree in front that spoiled the view. Parking is unavailable, and the reception staff don’t bother to tell you where to find a paid spot. We had trouble paying for parking in the center because only vouchers were accepted, and the online apps don’t work with eSIM. Breakfast was okay, but the pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress was low quality.

Quality, well renovated and the location was ideal. We loved everything about this place!

I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough! The spot is perfect with a bus stop right outside and the ferry terminal just a few minutes away. The lake views are stunning, the room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. There’s a lovely garden area with seating on the lake’s edge where you can swim. I hope to come back soon.

The staff were very good and prompt, and the food was excellent. The rest of the staff seemed overwhelmed by their duties, as if the hotel were “saving on staff.” The room was “dirty” and had to be cleaned hurriedly; the shower hadn’t been replaced, water pooled, and the exhaust fan was clogged with dust. We reported this at check‑out, but the hotel blamed us; such issues should be reported immediately. They didn’t appear suddenly but gradually, and the hotel should inspect its technical facilities.
