Ideal for a visit to Amsterdam and the surrounding area. By car you can reach the nearest bus stop and we got into the center of Amsterdam easily. Other sights are also reachable by car quickly. The house sits in the green, very quiet, and our dog was welcome. The house is small, as the pictures suggest – but we were only two people, so three or four people? The sink was mentioned several times; a pity! You could do more with it. Overall it was not unpleasant.

An oasis of calm to escape the bustle. Basic but good. There were many spider webs on the ceiling and in the corners of the room. Lots of tall weeds and moss between the stones on the terrace, giving a very messy and untidy impression. A sponge and a cloth were provided for washing, but you need to bring your own dishcloth and towel to dry them. Pepper was available but no salt. Bring a pair of scissors. The owner was very helpful, replying directly via messages to offer advice. The bathroom and shower/vanity had instant hot water. The bed was good. Maybe mention public transport options on the info sheet. Leaving from the village by bus is the best way to visit Amsterdam, or also list parking options in Amsterdam.

Perfect for a vacation, 10 minutes to the nearest city by car, then another 20 minutes to Amsterdam centre by public transport. Still perfectly quiet for evening barbecues, good night sleep or morning coffee. Stayed two nights but plan to return for a longer stay.

The decor is tasteful, the view is gorgeous, and the surroundings are beautiful—historical center Browk in Waterland. It would help to better indicate what the private area is. Small supplies are missing: a place for a dish rack, a dishcloth, and cleaning supplies.
