“Good value basic hotel”

The place sits in a solid spot, close to shops and eateries, and the staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help; the room received daily cleaning. The room itself felt cramped, the bed was tucked under a window, and the curtains were poorly fitted, letting in drafts.

“Adequate but wouldn't go back”

The room was tidy and conveniently located for the event I was attending, and the proximity to Alexandra Palace and the park was a plus. I booked a single room, yet it was tiny, which messed up the layout—specifically, the bedside lamp’s socket was to the right of the unit, making it impossible to reach the switch from the bed on the left.

“Brilliant hotel with friendly staff”

The spot was great, close to transport, bars, and restaurants, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

“Poor poor poor”

Location. Very poor shower port just very poor all round as in quality of room ect tiny I am 6.2 had to bend and no power in shower
