The location is great. The administrative staff are rude. Not worth it.

The owners were exceptional, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is simple but I’ll come back. They were helpful and understanding when I had a personal issue. Thank you so much.

I couldn't even get in, my reservation was ignored and I was left on the street at 10pm. The lack of seriousness with reservations is unacceptable.
