Unfortunately, the amount I paid was rejected by Booking and the hotel requested payment on arrival, which I wasn’t warned about even though I booked a week in advance—this is unacceptable and I hope it doesn’t happen again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also excellent, close to everything, so we didn’t have to travel far or struggle to get around. What really made our stay special was the outstanding staff, especially the reception team. Their kindness, cooperation, and willingness to help with everything made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Their service was truly exceptional and made a big difference to our experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

The location and the short time for repairs were fine, but the room was dirty, the linens weren’t changed, the safe didn’t work at all, the sheets had blood on them and even caused the bedding to come off the bed easily. The extra bed we requested in the room collapsed easily and was not comfortable at all.

We ran into a booking glitch, but the staff went above and beyond to help us. We thought the hotel was kosher, only to discover that only the restaurant was kosher and the breakfast wasn’t.
