The location was extremely convenient and the staff were very helpful and polite. We enjoyed an excellent massage in the Wellness Spa. Nothing else, we enjoyed everything.

The rooms were comfortable and newly refurbished. The staff were helpful and polite. The food quality could be improved.

The place sits in a great spot with a nice view, but the room service left a lot to be desired – we stayed in our room for 5 hours on the second day and it wasn’t cleaned, and when we called the staff was very negative and the overall service was disappointing.

I appreciated the location, the service, the facilities, the room, and the staff. The food, especially lunch and dinner, was not to my taste and the menu choices were poor, and I was disappointed that there was no beach.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, everything is well organised, and the location is fantastic. The food is good, though some of the chicken and meat dishes could use a tweak, and at night the music from neighbouring entertainers gets very loud.
