The location and parking are good. The accommodation is somewhat old; I wish it were renovated.

The place is nice, and they seem to care more about cleanliness. The bathrooms don’t have hand soap, and the breakfast could be better; they might put tea in travel mugs instead of the glass cups I’ve used before. I’m obsessive about cleanliness, so I’m fine with their level, but I wish they’d pay more attention to these details. Thanks to the staff member Osama for the reception—he’s a wonderful person and a great face for the place, which is very calm and balanced.

The managers, location, and cleanliness are all good. Everything else is fine.

Cleanliness and the place are very tidy, and it’s located excellently in Amman; the staff are respectful and very helpful.

The rooms were cold and I had to bring a heater because it was winter; the cleanliness didn't match the price of 52.50 JOD.
