São Paulo Hotel Times Square Moema 2

“Excelente opção com ótimo custo-benefício”

The apartment sits inside the Mercure hotel complex, making it a great cost‑effective choice with all the hotel’s facilities and security; the apartment itself is excellent, spacious, and well equipped. I liked everything, so I have no criticisms.

The location is fantastic, but the shower needs to be replaced.

Good value – cheap for the area and very close to the metro. The bathroom needs maintenance: the shower box doesn’t close properly and leaks water outside, the mirror light is burnt out, the sanitary shower is leaking, the sink is clogged, and there’s no mini‑fridge.

“EU FUI ENGANADO”

Booking misled me; I booked a hotel, not Airbnb… that’s absurd. I wasn’t notified until the night before when I received a message from the “host”… what could I do? Cancel at the last minute! The room was old, poorly maintained, dirty, with torn bathrobe… the towels weren’t even the same. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, broken toilet seat, shower box leaking water and soaking the bathroom, broken shower head that also soaked the bathroom, and a chair with ripped upholstery.

“Necessita alguns reparos internos no loft.”

Excellent location, close to the metro station and in a safe neighborhood. The loft is spacious and comfortable. Parking with valet is included in the price. The breakfast is amazing (paid separately). Cleaning was lacking – everything was dusty and the bathroom sink was dirty at check‑in. Loft (tower 2) had mold on the living room, bedroom, and bathroom walls; the bathroom shower had a leak that made it unusable, and the shower box didn’t close properly, causing the bathroom to flood after each shower.
