“This is an amazing hotel in a great location near Via Condotti and the Spanish Steps. Large comfortable room with fridge”

The location near the Spanish Steps was great, the lift made access easy, the room was large with a fridge and aircon, and the hostess was delightful. Nothing.

“Super Unterkunft für den Städtetrip”

The cozy and warm design of the room and bathroom is worth highlighting. Self‑check‑in worked smoothly, and contact with the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The location is quiet despite being central, making it perfect for exploring the city. A few minor issues that could be easily fixed: the floor was probably still a bit sticky from the cleaning product; the bathroom fixtures had a patina; the storage of spare toilet paper rolls should be reconsidered—those rolls were attached to the toilet brush, which inevitably came into contact with the toilet water when used. Also, some options for hanging towels should be provided.

The location, service, and cleanliness were good, but the AC didn’t get that cool, there was no blackout curtain, and the room was small—though I knew it was that size when I booked.

The location is excellent, the room is clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is small and old.
