The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman who helped my girlfriend and me find a great spot to celebrate our anniversary. The walls, however, are a bit thin, so we could hear people chatting in the next room all night.

The price for a night to pass through to Buffalo is good, the proprietor was helpful after I lost my wallet before traveling and wanted to make sure I could check in without ID, which reassured me; he actually called while I was not there because of a late arrival and was very nice, which might otherwise have caused frustration. The air conditioner didn’t stay on long enough for me, so the hum didn’t help me sleep.

The host was quick to respond and met us at check‑in, showing us all the amenities with professionalism and clarity. We left a jacket in our room and didn’t notice it missing until we got home; a single phone call the next day and he had it shipped to us the same day. The room carried a musty odor, but it wasn’t offensive.

“The motel had potential but needs work. It needs to be as neat and clean outside as it is inside.”

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly, though the hotel’s location right off the highway made it easy to get to. At 2 a.m. a panel fell off the wall, revealing plumbing; it was only taped down, not secured properly. I tried to contact staff by phone and text, but there was no one at the hotel when I arrived that afternoon or when I left the next morning. The restaurant looked abandoned, the parking lot overrun with weeds, and the office was locked—definitely not a pleasant experience.
