This place was a total letdown - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only slightly redeeming quality was the staff, who at least tried to appear helpful, even if they weren't super effective. The rooms were dirty and old, and the location was way off from what was advertised, with the photos looking nothing like the reality. To top it off, the breakfasts were terrible, there was no shuttle service, and they couldn't even help me get a taxi to the airport.
I've stayed in a few hotels on this trip - one in Shanghai that was a total waste of time, two in Sanja, and this one in Wanning - and I gotta say, this one was.fine. The breakfast was pretty standard Chinese fare, not a lot of surprises, and the restaurant was a bit rough around the edges, with exposed concrete and no ceiling finish. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a thorough cleaning every two days.
