The place isn’t far from the train station or the city centre, which is a plus. However, the towels were awful – they looked like they could have been used to mop the floor. The curtain was broken, the light fixture was damaged, and the balcony doors were in a rundown state. The overall look was very old‑fashioned and didn’t match the pictures. Pay more attention to the little details that customers care about. Take pride in your property. I won’t return or recommend it. I’m sorry.

I was impressed by everything – the location is super convenient and the check‑in was fully contactless. Every detail was clearly explained, and I’m very grateful. I’d definitely recommend it. Everything was great.
