I had to be cautious staying here. No check‑in instructions were sent, and when I arrived around 7 pm there was no staff present and no one answered the phone. I was lucky that a man appeared and called his boss, who knew the key code and let me into my room. Without that help I don’t know what would have happened, as I received no further communication and no staff attended for the rest of my stay.

The property confirmed my reservation, but when we arrived, the reception told us the reservation didn’t exist, the hotel was full, and there was no room for us.

The room was spacious, with a large shower cabin and a big TV right across from the bed, Wi‑Fi access, tight curtains, a comfortable bed, easy reach to bedside lamps and outlets, and plenty of mugs for tea or coffee. The room was cold, the shower head was loose and leaking, and the trash bin contained garbage from previous guests.

“Scammers and dodgy hotel”

Nothing The hotel sits in a sketchy industrial estate and people were having sex at 3 am, so we couldn’t sleep because the walls are paper‑thin. The hotel made it extremely hard to pay in the first place, and we were overcharged by 50 % due to international transaction fees. They didn’t send the required bank details, and we had to seek help because they ignored emails, calls, texts, and messages. Now they’re demanding even more, claiming we didn’t send enough. Complete scammers. Avoid!

“Pokój 2”

The room was large, clean, and the property was very quiet. Unfortunately, the lack of air‑conditioning made it very hot at night. The shower head was so clogged that taking a shower was a real challenge, and there was no height adjustment for the shower head. Despite these inconveniences, the room was well‑maintained and spacious overall.
