The décor is beautifully local and artistic, and the rooms with balconies offer mountain views. The hotel sits in town, so restaurants and trails are just a walk away. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. It feels like a nice hotel with the comfort and character of a home.

“Great hotel in the center location”

The experience was amazing! The rooms are spacious and each has its own design. We stayed in "Paris" while our friends were in "Stockholm". Every detail—wall décor, chairs, paintings, pictures—was special, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast had everything: boiled or scrambled eggs, bread, toasts, croissants, sweet cakes, yogurt, homemade jams, local honey, freshly made juice, coffee, tea, and more, all fresh and tasty. The hotel has its own garage where you can get a free parking slot (reservation required). The staff are friendly and very helpful. If I ever return to Lousã, I’ll consider staying here again. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, even on sleep mode or the minimum fan level, it remains quite loud.

“Superb accommodation. Not to be missed ❤️”

We loved everything about our stay with Julia, her daughters who we met, and all the staff who look after us so well. The house wildly exceeded our expectations, with private secure car parking, a private pool to cool down in th e evening, and wonderful food and personsl attention at breakfast time. An extra bonus was where we had booked a room with a balcony, because we were staying for 3 nights, Julia upgraded us to the Lisbon suite that was smply superb. All we can say is try out this excellent property, you will not be disappointed. There is nothing we did not like

The breakfast was delicious and varied. I also liked that there was a gym, sauna, and pool. The sauna was closed.
