The building is beautiful, but the location is not ideal.

The room is very spacious and clean, completely renovated. Good location for moving around. Very quiet. The exterior is abandoned and neglected, the terrace is totally in need of renovation so the outdoors are unusable. Rooms are very hot in summer, and air conditioning, which would be necessary, is an extra fee.
