The location is decent and easy to find; breakfast is fine but the selection is limited. The rooms have an old renovation, a wall lamp wouldn’t turn off and kept me awake, the hot water took a long time to heat up, and I started to worry it might not be available.

The location is good, close to the city center, KFC, McDonald's, and a shopping mall, but the room is cramped with three single beds, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom is attached to the neighbor’s.

Breakfasts are fresh and good, and the location is great. I didn’t like the smell in the room—dust and cigarette odor, even though the sign says no smoking; the carpet absorbed the smells and opening the windows didn’t help much. In the bathroom the toilet is wall‑mounted, so you can only sit on it from the side. Everything else is fine: comfortable bed, mattress, clean sheets, hot and cold water, a kettle (no coffee or tea), and dishes.

The building has potential and the existing renovation (pre‑reconstruction) is fantastic from an architectural value standpoint. It would have been great to preserve the original interior style as much as possible; it’s a pity that the “modern” solutions ruined that modernist vibe.
