I’ve been staying here for ages—14 years now—and I’m still happy to return. The rooms could use a bit more cleaning, though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Gary the concierge was lovely, as was the check‑in girl (I can’t remember her name). I got a comfortable upgraded room. The spa changing rooms were very shabby, the pool area had no supervision so many wet towels were left on the floor, and the recliners had soft mattresses that got very wet.

The room and location were good. The service at the bar/restaurant was hit‑and‑miss, and many staff members were hard to get a hold of.
