The hotel sits perfectly close to Piazza Maggiore, just 2 minutes away, and is near hundreds of restaurants and terraces, yet the wall between our room and the one next to us was only dust‑sealed, making it very noisy; the air conditioner didn’t work, and the soda machine was useless.

The location was fine, but the hygiene conditions were terrible in all areas, especially the bathrooms and the room; the mattress was old and uncomfortable, towels, toilet paper, and soap were missing, and there was constant noise at all hours of the night—an experience I would not repeat.
