The location, a clean room, and good value. Parking is scarce, so call ahead to secure a spot. I did that.

Right in the heart of the city, on the pedestrian zone. Because it’s a protected pedestrian area, you have to walk very slowly among the people, and once you get there you can drop off your luggage, but if you leave your car parked at the hotel you don’t have to think about using it for the whole stay. That small issue I had—since I needed to go out for dinner in Lucca—was removed, and everything was perfect!
