The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the Camino de Santiago routes and regional history. The half‑board meals were excellent and featured local products.

The setting was gorgeous, the apartment perched on a very idyllic plot, tastefully decorated; the late‑afternoon swim in the pool was really refreshing, and Varaire is within walking distance (about 8 minutes).
