I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel's public toilets were cleaner than I remembered them to be from my last stay in the area. It's a small thing, but it made a big difference in my overall experience.

The place itself was great, but the word "like" was plastered everywhere, which got a bit annoying after a while.
