“Motel good for travellers.”

This motel has seen better days. You pick up the keys at the gas station, where you can buy food and drinks. The room is furnished with 1990s‑era furniture; the bed is comfortable and clean. There are virtually no amenities, and it took some effort to get the space heater to warm up the room. If you need a place to stay near Jaroměř, this is OK. The bathroom is clean, but the shower is connected to a tiny electric water heater, so the water temperature fluctuates a lot and you can’t set it to a consistent optimal temperature—you just have to find the “warm‑to‑hot” range when it’s usable.

The beds were great, but the towel was missing.

“Better than expected”

The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfy, and it was quiet at night. They turned out better than we expected. We didn’t try their breakfast. A couple of cobwebs were present.

The owner’s help was appreciated, and the staff were eager and efficient.

There’s a gas station nearby with good meals and a great breakfast, friendly service, and decent mattresses in the rooms. From the outside it looked like a rundown motel, the rooms were a bit dated, but the sleep was good.
