The bed needed a new mattress.

We always stay at this hotel; the location and service are great. However, this time our stay fell short. We were put in a room with water seeping through the floor, leaving a wet patch next to the bed, and the shower made a loud noise that seemed to come from the leak. On top of that, there appeared to be a wedding that night, and throughout the early morning the neighboring rooms were being prepared for the party, so we couldn't sleep because of all the noise. We should have been moved elsewhere. This stay was really disappointing.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the variety of options was more than enough for us. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure, which made it very enjoyable. We also requested an early check-in, and our room was ready as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was much appreciated. Similarly, when we asked about a late check-out, they kindly allowed us an extra hour at no additional charge. Overall, we were very happy with the service and the experience. They could give us a water bottle as a courtesy and leave three bath towels in the room, as my child was part of the booking. Some rugs in the room would make it more comfortable for wintertime
