“The stay was amazing.”

I liked that the rooms were downstairs and close to the pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the Wi‑Fi key didn’t work when we tried to log in, my kids found and killed cockroaches, and the washer, dryer, and soda machines were non‑functional.

“Disappointing to say the least”

The pool was a plus, but the property looked nice at first until we entered our room where the walls were disgusting, the bottom of the door had been eaten off by a dog or something, and there were foot‑print marks on the walls; loud music at night, a smell that seemed like weed from the unit next to us, and a $250 fee was charged at the end of the stay after a visual inspection that said everything was fine while I was there and again when I left; the fee has not been refunded yet, which is disappointing; none of the drink machines or ice machines worked, the laundry facilities were broken, and the towels I received were dingy, dirty, and smelled funny—do not recommend this place, save your money and sleep in your car.
