I liked how polite the staff were. It’s a low‑cost place but the staff are friendly. They’re not very fluent in English, and I prepaid online but had to help them switch from VCC to EFT payments, essentially acting as their accountant 😅. I didn’t appreciate being asked to pay cash even after prepayment.

I was happy with the location, but the pillows and towels were stained and the noise went on until 3 am, so I couldn't sleep.
