The spot was good, but construction crews were everywhere and the resort vibe was practically non‑existent.

The location was fine. The staff scored –3 on communication and attitude, and the entitlement attitude hit an all‑time high.

The spot was decent. However, the $200 security deposit felt steep, the bed covers and towels had stains, there was no hot water, and the parking lot was tiny.

The family suite comfortably held all five of us in its four beds, but the elevator smelled awful, there was no hot water, parking was barely enough, the basement garage was filthy, the leaning/broken fence was never fixed, water was never removed to free up parking, the pool lounge chairs were missing, we had to go down and reactivate multiple keys, the room phone barely worked and had no volume control, the TV was non‑functional and couldn’t stream, the toilet handle required holding for five seconds or more to flush, the bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, the night light was touchy and only stayed on at a certain point, no airport shuttle was offered, and overall the place clearly needs updating.
