“Comfortable and location great with top staff. A few incidentals need addressing though”

The location was fantastic, the staff were helpful, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot; the air‑con worked but had to be turned off by standing on a chair, and I struggled to lock and unlock the room door, though these minor issues could be easily resolved.

The worker was unfriendly and kicked me out on the second day, even though I had booked for five people; I ended up booking a second hotel and left because the rooms were not clean—this staff behavior made me never want to return.

The location, historic building, and price‑value ratio were good; however, the plaster on the stone ceiling in the room leaked slightly, the room was small and dark, better lighting would help, and the terrace could be tidier.
