A scammer used my booking account to book this hotel and nobody helped me cancel the reservation; I never booked it myself, tried to reach customer service and never received a reply.

Location. Rooms. 1) Inadequate napkins 2) poor quality old towels 3) no soap at the sink for handwash 4) sink clogged a bit

The place didn’t match our expectations for the price; the facilities were minimal, but the beds were good and the rooms stayed clean. There were no towels for drying hands after washing, no soap by the sink, and the toilet behind the door was inconvenient. Breakfast offered very little variety—just toast with sparse toppings—and the Asian dishes were bland with undercooked vegetables.

The room was very comfortable and spotless. The only downside was that the upper twin room had no window.
