Nun Hotel

The pool area was awful, there was nothing happening at the hotel, no entertainment, and breakfast was terrible.

The room was relaxed and clean, the staff were great, and the location was great.

“Не работает холодильник, отваливается ручка в душевой, комната очень маленькая, лифт возле нашей комнате постоянно ездил”

Персонал, который работает в кафе этой гостиницы и все. Начиная с того, что администратор селил нас с недовольным видом, так как мы в букинге забронировали дешевле, чем он предложил на месте. В итоге он нас с ребенком три года заселили в супер маленькую комнату, возле лифта (постоянно и ночью и днём и утром, было слышно лифт, невозможно было расслабиться, ребенок постоянно просыпался), в душевой просто отпадал постоянно краник, поломан был холодильник, пульт от кондиционера вообще не подходил и мы не могли его просто настроить, пока нам с рецепшена в 12 часов ночи не принесли новый пульт, который реально от этого кондиционера. Бассейн очень при очень холодный, там никто не купается, вернее мы не видели, чтобы хоть кто-то купался

“Moc ráda se do tohoto hotelu vrátím. Moc se mi tam líbilo”

Right after arrival the staff were very pleasant and helped with the luggage; the room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. They immediately offered a cot for our son and put it in the room. The restaurant was nice, the food good, and the prices reasonable. The pool was clean and the water pleasantly cold. I would improve the air‑conditioning—better cooling would be nice—but the room temperature was still pleasant.

The rooms were good but not very large; the housekeeping service was not good; all staff were cooperative without exception and cheerful. A special thanks to employee Darya Ahsen for her kind and good handling… Many thanks to Miss Darya and the night‑shift staff. The night‑shift worker I tried to tip because he helped move my bag to the room, but he refused, saying no; he is a very good person. Thanks to him and to Miss Darya and all staff. The cleaning service and the delay in fixing the broken fridge were problems.
