“Comfortable, beautiful, amazing hospitality.”
I’d give it a perfect 10/10 and would recommend it 10000%! The spot is immaculate, right by the lake with stunning mountain views, and you can even walk to a nearby canyon for a short hike. The place was super comfy and spotless, and the family were incredibly friendly. The moment I arrived, the owner helped me book an eagle hunting tour and drove me there, then later drove me back to the bus station when I left. She was amazing and extremely kind.
I’d give it 4/10. What I didn’t like: 1. The staff were unfriendly; two staff members were cold and uninterested when we asked questions, which felt unprofessional for paying guests. 2. The Wi‑Fi was extremely slow—like prehistoric internet. 3. The payment method changed last minute; we had confirmed by phone that we could pay with debit or credit card, but on arrival we were told cash was required. That was inconvenient and should have been communicated earlier.

I’d give it 9/10. The rooms were spacious, clean, with thick blankets, clean toilets, hot showers with good pressure, and it was quiet at night. The kitchen was small but had a microwave, plates, bowls, and utensils. The downside is no fans or AC, so it can get a bit stuffy even with windows open, and towels weren’t provided.
I’d rate it 1/10. The photo was misleading, nothing to do with eagle hunting, and the location is bad—no taxis, and it’s not actually lakeside as claimed. Also, there was no way to pay by card.
