The location was fine. The room was dirty, the balcony had a bed, and many insects crawled on the balcony. The bathroom and shower had a lot of buildup and were not washed. The mattress was uncomfortable and caused back pain. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this room. The night we stayed was very cold. The room was on the balcony. I asked the staff for a separate duvet cover to wrap the blanket; my husband didn’t want to stay warm, and the staff said a separate set must be bought for 300 UAH. For a moment, they didn’t give a separate duvet cover for a single person—bring your own blankets just in case. The front desk was often empty and didn’t respond to the bell. They pointed out that there was a lot of water stored, so if the power goes out there will be no water and the hotel doesn’t have a generator, which you should consider. The TV was 10–15 years old and didn’t work; attempts to turn it on were useless. Because it’s in the center, you can only park near the café; note that Kyiv residents park parallel to yours and leave their phone number. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a guy to leave so we could exit.

The location was wonderful, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and quiet. The TV remote worked intermittently, and the shower was not wall‑mounted, which was a bit inconvenient.
