The hotel sits right in Parma’s city centre, and you need a permit to drive in (the hotel handles that). The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, though the bathroom could have been bigger. The breakfast spread is varied and plentiful, and they even offer ham. The downside was that the parking directly outside the hotel was limited.

Breakfast was very good and varied, even though the dining room was crowded; the hotel sits right in the city centre and has a wonderful terrace overlooking Parma’s rooftops, but the room décor wasn’t very refined and the elevator was slow, and getting to the hotel by car is a bit tricky because it’s in the heart of town.
