The staff, cleanliness, food, and location were great, but the bathroom felt a bit old and rusty, the AC didn’t cool enough for me, and it couldn’t be fixed.

The location was good, we had AC issues and the receptionist Kurtish tried hard to help, but the hotel was nice while the rooms were poorly maintained, most lamps didn’t work, breakfast was à la carte with few options, no second coffee was offered, the room was too hot and they couldn’t resolve it, making sleep impossible.

I was impressed by the modern design and the friendly staff, but on Saturday evening the noise was like a nightclub, and even in my room there was no quiet after midnight. Driving straight up to the hotel isn’t possible because the streets are extremely narrow, jammed, and twisted; parking is only available on a dusty side street across the street. The room felt overloaded with high‑tech gadgets, and the air‑conditioner was hard to operate and confusing. Breakfast options were limited.

The location was great, close to the Rogova mall entrance and the city center. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. When we discovered the air‑conditioner was broken, we were immediately given an upgraded room, even though it was after Shabbat and the nearby restaurants were bustling with crowds. The room was quiet, and breakfast was served; it would have been nice if they allowed unlimited coffee instead of just one small cup. There was no sense of generosity regarding the breakfast spread. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was quick, tasty, and the waiters were very sweet.

Everything was fine. The location was good, and the staff were very friendly.
