The food was tasty and of good quality, though a bit pricey; the staff were very friendly, especially Godwyn. The swimming pool’s hygiene and size were poor, the rooms and stay were very expensive, and the food options were limited.

This place really knows how to treat their guests right. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The big cup of coffee they gave me was a nice touch too. It's clear they're trying to make a good impression and it paid off.

The hotel itself was fine, but what really got my goat was when they tried to charge me more than what I'd been quoted. I had to whip out my booking details to prove I'd been given the right price, and even then, they seemed a bit miffed about it. To make matters worse, the restaurant prices were also way off from what I'd seen online - it was like they were trying to sneak in extra charges.
