This hotel has been operating since the 1990s under the same owner who truly cares for his guests; he personally hosted us, gave us directions and recommendations for the area, and the owner makes excellent coffee. Every morning a breakfast was ready, and the location is great – not right in the center, but about a 15‑minute walk to it, perfect for those who want to escape the bustle of a big city. The hotel also has a unique atmosphere: a stream runs through its inner courtyard, home to nutria, ducks, and fish, making for a pleasant morning coffee spot, and in the evening you can enjoy a glass of draft beer. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean, and the rooms featured live flowers. We arrived in Hradec Králové for a hot‑air balloon festival that was unfortunately cancelled due to weather, so we definitely plan to return next year.
The guest praised the pension’s excellent location just off the highway and appreciated the parking option; arrival was completely smooth thanks to great communication with the owner, and she also enjoyed the local fried cheese. She would recommend the visit, though she wished the breakfast bread selection had been a bit better.
