The spot was great, the restaurant on the second floor was convenient, and laundry service worked well. However, the sheets had many stains, and because the room was on the ground floor I could feel the dampness.

The room was clean, small, and had a functional air‑conditioner; the staff were very kind and helpful, the on‑site restaurant was good, the location was central, and it was close to the sights. The environment was fairly noisy (earplugs were needed) and the breakfast was average.

“Very Bad and Cold Service.”

The location was fine. The customer service and staff behaviour were disappointing, offering no value and treating customers as if they were taken for granted.

I loved how close the place was to Kashi, the staff were friendly, hygiene and amenities were solid, and the service was really prompt – we’ll come back.
