The rooms were roomy with small balconies that looked over the pool, they were spotless, and the all‑inclusive menu offered a wide variety of dishes. However, the air conditioning felt a bit weak.

It’s a large property. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly; they either forgot to clean them or did a poor job—there was no soap, and the towels weren’t clean when we arrived.
