“Schönes Hotel für den Pragbesuch”

The hotel staff are very nice, the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is really tasty and offers something for everyone, the nearest tram stop is 10 minutes away, and you should visit the restaurant directly across from the hotel for very good food at a fair price; the hotel is a bit dated, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a nice hotel for a good price‑performance ratio.

The staff’s approach to the issue was fine, but the photos and rating do not match reality, the equipment is outdated, the room smelled stale and was not cleaned adequately.

Everything was great! The receptionist was very polite and friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cleaning was not entirely satisfactory, towels were changed only once during the stay, shampoo was added upon request, the tables were not wiped, yet the room was fairly clean. The hotel is pleasant and the receptionists are very nice.
